YOUR ESSENTIAL HOLIDAY BOOKING CONDITIONS 2010
Please read the following terms & conditions carefully.  They apply to all holidays booked with us and deal with your rights and obligations to us and ours to you.

Crockfords villa holidays company acting as appointed agents for accommodation owners and /or their locally appointed managers.

To confirm booking

Payment: The total price of your holiday booked is payable.  If you book more than 12 weeks before your departure date a deposit of 30% of the villa cost is payable when you book, the balance is due 12 weeks before your departure date.  If you book less than 12 weeks before departure the full price of your holiday is payable at the time of booking.  Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.  Flight information must be given to Crockfords Villa Holidays within 14 days of booking.
Cot hire: £40.00 per week, High chairs £15.00 per week.
Some properties can accommodate an extra person at a charge of £75.00 per week extra.

Car hire deposit: £55 per week small car
                              £85 per week large car
Transfers: Albufeira  4 passengers £39 each way/ 8 passengers £62 each way
Carvoeiro 4 passengers £55 each way / 8 passengers £83 each way

Changeover Days:  Variable

Cancellations must be notified in writing and take effect from date we receive your letter if you cancel your holiday before the final balance is due we regret that deposits are non–refundable.  Please note that if your reason for cancellation is covered by your insurance policy all costs would normally be refunded by your insurance company less your insurance premium.
